I want to make health and fitness a part of your life and help you on your own personal journey. First of all, I want you to accept yourself and your body right where you are right now. From this point on I can be here to inspire, motivate, tweak and instruct as little or as much as you want. COACHING CALLS This is a great way to address specific questions and or issues, tweak normal routines and boost confidence.
4 WEEKS UNLIMITED SUPPORT This is for the person who is looking to boost their current workout routine, review eating habits, wants accountability and some coaching to support their current lifestyle. If you have general questions along the way, and wants one on one support with unlimited email access, a beginning one hour phone call, review of current program and discussion or brainstorming about goals, changes, inspiration.
4 WEEK PROGRAM WITH SUPPORT This is for the person who is looking for a new program and fresh ideas with me to hold you accountable and be accessible to encore, motivate, plan workouts, and adoptions to help you on your own journey of feeling fit, strong and healthy. This 4 weeks begins with one coaching call followed by as much access via email as you want. You will receive 4 workouts geared to YOU, 4 weeks of diet discussions and options based upon your lifestyle and needs and unlimited support from me.
