I know the frustration, lethargy and negative results of eating less and exercising more. I have been in the fitness and wellness arena for over 20 years. I have seen all the tricks and trends – heck, I have tried them myself! I have tried and researched so many different programs, diets, and methodologies to find that perfect balance.
