I have recently been working on NEW MINDFUL MEAL PLANS for you! I’ll confess I’m later than I had calendared for this project and wanted to get them to you earlier, but you know that thing called life? Yeah, sometimes it gets in the way of my plans. Sigh.
But, better later than intended than never is what I say, right? So, if you purchased the Summer Mindful Meals you know that you’ll get a Pantry Staples list (to make your life way easier), and suggestions for smoothies for breakfast and lunch suggestions that typically relate to using leftovers from your last night’s meal. (that means no waste and being mindful with what you have on hand). I typically suggest some form of a Big Ol’ Salad with a protein. Since the weather is getting cooler you may see more soups or stew type inspirations here.
