How have the past few weeks been treating you? The classes I teach are happy to be back in session. My clients are happy to be getting back on a normal routine and schedule. What about you? Are you on a schedule yet?
Now that school is back in session, I’m starting another round of Better & Beyond. Prep week will begin September 23. Are you in? Are you ready to get back on track? Focus on yourself? Feel better, stronger and less stressed? I know I am. This is also an opportunity for me to tighten up my nutrition which has been not exactly on point lately. #justkeepingitreal.
I would love for you to take this time and move forward to be a healthier you for yourself, your family, your goals and all the things. I know that you can take this information, use it for yourself, run with it, and gain your own results that will bring your own healthy lifestyle. For now and beyond. It’s all about longevity my friends! It is not about perfection, but progression as we continue to move forward with good choices every day.
Alsoooooo, you know what happens at the end of October? The whole season of eating, holidays and celebrations begin. Now is the opportunity to learn how to navigate all that fun without being worried or fretting about over-indulging.
