I recently ran a five day challenge on my Facebook Page. I had been thinking about the five top tips for success in implementing new habits whether they be in health and wellness, fitness or just life in general. Through my own attempts, fails, and finally wins, these are the top five things that I think bring success on any new endeavor.
For me, the biggest part of the challenge was to actually show up on video for five days and actually post it. To people. In internet land. To my friends and colleagues on Facebook. I am here to tell you that I love, love, love sharing – by writing and posting content and words and other photos. What I don’t love is showing myself. So, in a way, this challenge was for me also. It was a bit selfish, right?
So, if you missed it I have it all right here for you in one place. All five videos are at your fingertips. I say get pen and paper and take notes because these are really good and come straight from experience. I will warn you, though, that you might just want to save this page and come back to it a day at a time. I’m thinking all of this at once might be a bit much of me. And if you aren’t from the South and used to a southern accent, well, here it is.
I hope you enjoy the tips and take them to heart! I want us all to make the most out of this great big life we have. I want us all to be fabulous old ladies (or old men) , but not really be old ladies. Do you get that?
