So, following teaching class and downing this juice I felt ready to tackle the day.
About mid morning I was getting the itch for a snack or to eat something so I reached for my next dtox juice.  This was the red pepper . . .
The Red Pepper is full of good stuff.  Carrot, apple, lemon, romaine, beet, kale, spinach, dandelion and ginger.  It was also a  great pick me up.
