Living in the South where my car registers 80 degrees in September it can be difficult remembering that it is officially Fall. While I am not one of those who go all Pumpkin Everything, I do like a little change in Seasons. A change in Season is a great time to make some other changes, also. If you have been a little slack in the healthy eating department, or maybe you are just tired of having to think and plan what to eat, or are just looking for something new, I have a Freebie for you! I alluded to working on a Freebie for you all recently, so I’m back with a FREE FALL MENU GUIDE.
I’ve updated a menu guide to allow for some warmer type of foods, opportunities for you to choose good options, and a good balance of protein, good carbs and fats to keep you full and energized. I plan on following this starting today! I’ve overindulged a bit lately and need to get a better balance in my eating plan.
This is a PDF that you just click and print! Put it on your fridge, in your car or in your planner. All recipes or combos are so super simple you won’t need a recipe, or can find the recipe on the blog and linked below. Let’s get into the Fall with some easy, healthy foods so we have the energy to keep up with all the fun stuff this time of year brings!
Crockpot Pork Tenderloin
(also good with green salsa rather than barbecue sauce)
Speaking of Fall in the South, have you seen this video? Sooo true and funny!
Let me know if you have any questions on the calendar if you try it and if you like or dislike!
Enjoy Your Day!
