This is NOT a diet and exercise program. This is 8 weeks of one on one coaching, nutrition counseling, working, and formulating to create a wellness plan lifestyle just for you. There is no perfect here. We are going to work together to create a healthier lifestyle by looking at your personal life and incorporate nutritious foods, exercise geared to your personality and goals and develop a healthier relationship with food.

What you eat, how you feel in your body and your relationship with yourself affects your entire life. When you eat better, exercise and move your body correctly and carve out space for your self, everything can change. In a Big way. Imagine how you could feel and what you can accomplish with more energy, more rest, good sleep, and a better handle on stress. This can be Big. You can feel stronger, leaner, more clear-headed, less moody, more confident, more patient and even more.
Remember that you are a big deal. You have this one, big beautiful life. Making the most of each of your days is worth every penny.

HOW THIS WORKS
We schedule a phone chat so we can get to know each other. We want to make sure we’ll be good fixes for each other. We’ll be spending lots of time together during our 8 weeks together.
We’ll discuss your life – any and everything you want to tell me. We will begin righ where you are now. What you are doing, eating, drinking, moving and thinking. How you spend your day and time. We want to look at what it’s like to live your life. Then we know how to best help you move forward.
Next, we go! We schedule our next call. Our first session will be a deep dive into food 101 to understand the food philosophy. We will look at what a healthy diet is really all about and how best to incorporate that into your life.
Our weekly phone calls will continue. We will go over your week – your wins, losses, struggles, setbacks, tricks, you name it – the good, bad and ugly. We will dig deep into every aspect and use each week to build on the next. I will be your constant cheerleader, but also your coach. So, if it gets messy or dirty that’s part of the game. This is all about progress in your Real Life.
I will be available to you at all times between our scheduled calls. I’m yours for any question, encouragement, pep talk or tip on how to handle what comes your way. I’m here to guide you to the healthier options at any time. Simply call, text, email me any question about anything. NOTHING is too crazy or off-limits.
