I’m all about great workout clothes. Sadly, I can go days with only wearing workout gear while normal clothes just hang in my closet. While I do have my go to favorites and brands I prefer I am not a label snob. Often my favorite brand tends to be Athleta, because of the fit and quality. However, I have several other brands that I happen to find when I’m at my favorite store, TJMaxx. There’s no better feeling than snagging a great pair of leggings or workout top at a fabulously low price! I know there are diehards out there that would not dream of wearing anything other than Lulumon, but I like to spread the love.
I also tend to have favorite tops and bottoms that will always find their way into a weekly rotation and then to the laundry and then back to the top of the drawer. Doesn’t everybody do that? I’m pretty rough on these clothes but also hate to spend tons of money on each piece, since I know I’m going to wear it absolutely out.
I was recently gifted with a fabulous selection of samples from Champion. You may be familiar with this brand for their no nonsense, comfortable, not so expensive to break the bank, workout clothes. I can’t tell you how much I have loved the pieces I received! I have already worn and worn them! These are not the normal, basic pieces I was expecting from Champion. I am telling you they have stepped up their game! The different fabrics, bright colors and fun patterns are great! I never seem to have normal, sleeved tops to wear. Now I do! I wasn’t sure how I would like the thicker waistband on the leggings and capris. Now I do! And can I tell you how much I love the super comfy drawstring slouch pangs? Perfect loungewear!
