I’ve been working on a little project with a new venue and am ready to share!
I’ve been working in the group fitness and fitness business since 1992. That’s a mighty long time. I love it and am passionate about helping folks find the time, motivation and right ways to exercise. However, over the past few years I’ve realized that it’s not just the movement of our bodies that benefits us, but what we are feeding our bodies. We all know the old saying, “You can’t out train a bad diet” and it is so true. What we eat, how we eat and the types of foods we use to nurture our bodies is the key to healthy living.
You all know that I am not perfect and have never professed to be! Yet I do get asked nutritional questions quite often. Piecing this important component together withe my exercise background is what pushed me to receive a nutrition certification. I now have a better background and information to offer that nutritional advice.
One thing I am asked regularly is “What do you eat?”. Well, I eat lots of different things at lots of different times, but I do have a handful of rotating, quick, healthy meals and snacks that I fall back on consistently. That prompted me to share them with you. For FREE!

These are the simple, easy, whole foods I rely on to stay fueled and energized. They are all pretty much interchangeable in that what is listed as breakfast can easily be a snack or a lunch or dinner. I guarantee you will have a majority of these foods in your home or refrigerator and, if not, they are all easily accessible.
