It occurred to me the other day that it’s been a while since I have posted a workout to share. While I was teaching class this morning it also occurred to me that I would not be teaching my normal schedule on Monday, as two of my gyms will be closed. I know there will be more folks and children at home on Monday as schools and public buildings will be closed for MLK day. That changes a lot of workout opportunities and routines for many of you. Never fear! There’s always a way to get a sweat in! This is a quick little workout I did the other day that hits major muscle groups, gets your heart rate up, works on strength AND requires absolutely NO equipment. You can do it anywhere, anytime and even in your PJ’s!
So, don’t let a day off get the best of you! Get your sweat on and get on with your day!
